Human Resource in Practice (HRiP) is an 4 weeks intensive online training program for:

• Undergraduate/Graduates who desire to start a career in Human Resources (HR)
• Budding HR practitioners who wish to expand their hands-on experience in Human resources practice leveraging people technology
• Professionals in other fields who wish to switch career path to Human Resources (HR)
• HR staff who are new to the profession
• Team Leaders and Project leaders and Administrators
• Line and Middle level managers in Human Resources, Finance, Production, Operations, Administration and Marketing functions
• Managers who play multiple roles including HR but did not have formal HR orientation
• Experienced Managers who are new to HR or pursuing a career change
